noob tilt user questions
Hi everyone I jus got my tilt beginning of FEB, and I love it. First pocket PC phone I ever had, im still tryin to get used to it. i have some questions though. As far as charging the thing, do you charge it every night? or just when the battery is going low? Which is better? and I have installed the usual already HTChome plugin, HTC black/grey today screen, kaiser tweaks, youtube pocket. but before I did all that I performed a soft reset while it was installing those ATT apps, so I wouldn't have all that ATT crap hoggin up my memory, but is the proxy manager folder supposed to be gone after i do that? becuase i cannot find mine anymore. and as for extra background themes i think it comes in a TSK. file or somethin like that. where do i put that in file manager so that i can see it on the today screen? thanks for your time!

I remember reading here or at XDA website that Lithium batteries should not be allowed to discharge all the way, if possible. So I attempt to recharge it frequently; I try and recharge daily.

discharge 100%? - xda-developers

If battery time is an issue; try the Mugen website for purchasing a more powerful battery that is the same size [Hi–Power 1500mAh Battery for HTC TyTN II (Kaiser) PPCs] or a much more powerful battery, which is larger in size and requires a new battery cover which comes with the battery. [Extended Size Hi–Power 3000mAh Battery for HTC TyTN II (Kaiser) PPCs]

Mine stays plugged in at work and at home. I also have a car charger for it when I'm in the car. I also have an extra battery just in case.

im not sure about what proxy folder you are referring to, but i wouldnt sweat it...

tsk files should be installed to the /windows/ directory on your device. alternatively theres a utility out there that allows you to run today themes from external storage, but i cant remember the name...

tsk files change the appearance of your today backround and all the menu and dialog colors. the themes can be changed in start/settings/personal and click the today icon...
